Questions we actually get
Do I get channels with this?
No. BOSS IPTV ships empty. You supply your own Xtream Codes account or M3U playlist from the provider you already use. We sell no content and cannot recommend a provider.
What exactly am I paying €3.99 for?
The software licence on one device, for as long as that device lives. There is no subscription and no renewal, and every future version is included.
I have two televisions. Do I pay twice?
Yes. The licence follows the device, so each television or box needs its own €3.99 licence. That is also why there is no account password to remember.
My box broke and I bought a new one.
Write to info@boss-corp.net from the address you paid with, give us the old and the new device ID, and we will move the licence across at no cost.
Where do I find the device ID?
Open the app. The activation screen shows it in large type as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX with a QR code beside it. After activation it is also under Settings → Activation.
Does the app send my provider password to your server?
No. Your playlist credentials stay on the device, stored encrypted. If you type them on your phone instead, they are encrypted in the phone’s browser with a key only your TV has; our server passes that sealed box on without being able to open it and deletes it within ten minutes. Otherwise our server sees the device ID and the e-mail address you enter at checkout, and nothing else.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, handled by Paddle. Bank transfer is available for resellers buying in volume.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, provided the licence has not been used to unlock a device that has since been in daily use. Ask at info@boss-corp.net.
Is there a free trial?
You can install the app and add a playlist before activating, so you can confirm your provider connects. Activation is what unlocks playback.
Do you record what I watch?
No. There is no viewing history on our servers. The device sends its own ID and nothing more.

Xtream Codes, explained without the marketing
Every IPTV panel asks for the same three fields. Here is what they actually do, why the port trips people up, and what a player genuinely can and cannot fix.
M3U on Fire TV: the parts nobody explains
M3U and M3U8 are not the same thing, group-title becomes your category list, and huge playlists behave differently on a Fire TV Stick than on a box. Here is the practical version.

BOSS IPTV is a media player. We do not sell, distribute, host, index, stream or provide any television channels, movies, series, playlists or subscriptions, and no media content of any kind is bundled with the application.
The application ships empty. Any stream it plays was added by the user, from a source of their own choosing, using credentials supplied by a third party with whom we have no relationship.
We do not endorse or support copyright infringement in any form. Users alone are responsible for the lawfulness of the content they add and for holding whatever rights are needed to watch it in their country.
