We host nothing

We operate no streaming servers, no media storage, no playlists and no index of media. The application ships empty and stays empty until a user adds a source of their own.

It follows that we cannot remove a stream, a channel or a movie: they are not ours and they are not on our infrastructure. A takedown notice sent to us cannot make content disappear, because there is nothing here to take down.

Where a complaint belongs

A complaint about a specific stream belongs with the service that hosts it and with that service’s hosting provider. Those are the parties technically able to act.

If you have identified a third-party IPTV service infringing your rights, the effective route is a notice to that service, its host and its domain registrar.

Writing to us anyway

If you nonetheless believe our application itself infringes your rights — for example if you believe a name, mark or asset used in it is yours — write to info@boss-corp.net with:

• identification of the work or mark you say is infringed,
• identification of what in our application you say infringes it,
• your contact details,
• a statement that you hold the right in good faith,
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act for them,
• your signature, electronic or physical.

We answer every properly formed notice, and we act on the ones that concern something we actually control.

Users

Users are responsible for the lawfulness of what they add to the application. If you are unsure whether a provider has the rights it claims, the safe assumption is that it does not.
