Refund Policy

BOSS IPTV is a one-off licence, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. This page says when we give money back and when we do not.

Last updated: 2026-08-26

Fourteen days

You may ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to info@boss-corp.net from the address you bought with, or quote your order reference — it starts with BI-.

The sale is made by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the merchant of record. A refund is returned by Paddle to the card or account you paid from, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

When we may decline

The licence unlocks a device the moment it is paid for, which is digital content supplied immediately with your consent. Where the licence has already unlocked a device and that device has been in regular use, we may decline — but we look at each request rather than refusing on principle.

We do not refund because a stream failed, a provider disappeared, a panel blocked you, or a device turned out too slow for a 4K stream. None of those are ours: BOSS IPTV carries no channels, films or playlists, and you supply your own source. The licence buys the player, not the content.

What a refund does to the licence

A refunded licence is withdrawn. The device it unlocked returns to the unactivated state and will show the activation screen again.

The same applies to a payment reversed by a chargeback.

A device that broke

If a television or box fails and you buy a replacement, you do not need a second licence. Write to info@boss-corp.net with the old device ID and the new one, and we move the licence across.
