Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BOSS IPTV application and of iptv.boss-corp.net. By installing the application or buying a licence you accept them.

Last updated: 2026-08-26

1. What we provide

BOSS IPTV is a media player: software that plays audio and video streams which you configure yourself. It is supplied as-is, as a tool, in the same sense as any general-purpose media player.

We provide no television channels, movies, series, playlists, electronic programme guides, subscriptions or accounts of any kind, and we operate no streaming service. The application contains no content when installed and none is ever supplied by us.

2. What you provide

To watch anything you must add your own source: an Xtream Codes account (hostname, username, password) or an M3U playlist, obtained from a third party of your choosing with whom we have no relationship.

You are solely responsible for that source: for having the right to access it, for its lawfulness in your country, and for anything you do with it. We cannot verify, and do not verify, what a given source carries.

3. The licence

A licence unlocks playback on one device, identified by the device ID that the device generates for itself. It is granted for the lifetime of the application and is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

The licence is personal and non-transferable between people, but it may be moved from a broken or replaced device to a new one at our discretion, without further payment. Write to info@boss-corp.net from the address the purchase was made with.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or bundle licences without a written agreement with us. Resellers should contact us; we have terms for that.

4. Price, payment and refunds

The price is €3.00 per device, paid once. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

You may ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Where the licence has already been used to unlock a device and that device has been in regular use, we may decline, in line with the rules on digital content supplied immediately with the buyer’s consent.

A refunded licence is withdrawn and the device it unlocked returns to the unactivated state.

5. What we do not warrant

The application is provided without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular we do not warrant that any given stream, provider, panel or playlist will work, keep working, or work at a particular quality.

A stream that fails, a provider that disappears, a panel that blocks you, a device that is too slow for a 4K stream: these are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of the software licence.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the application or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for any claim arising from content you chose to play through the application.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the application to infringe copyright or any other right, nor to circumvent technical protection measures, nor in breach of the law that applies to you.

We may block a device ID where we have good reason to believe it is being used to break these terms, or where the payment behind it was reversed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
